We're here to help online sellers that have been sued in Schedule A Defendant cases.
Schedule A Defendant law suits are IP infringement suits where hundreds of defendants are sued in a single case. They are increasingly being used by rights-holders as a low-cost method to lock down hundreds of online sellers and freeze their Amazon/Ebay accounts before they even realize they are being sued. In most cases, these sellers only find out about being served a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) after their seller account funds are already frozen.
- These cases are typically filed in the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court System - right down the street from our office.
- The full list of defendants in each case is sealed, limiting the ability for affected sellers to communicate and potentially cooperate on a defensive strategy. We've set up this site specifically as a resource and point of contact for all sellers afflicted by these cases.
- If you have been sued in one of these cases, contact us right away so we can get started on getting your account funds and selling priveliges back.
